Refund policy

At VOJ Fashion, we take pride in offering premium anti-tarnish AD jewellery crafted with the highest quality standards. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility​

     We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • You receive an item with a manufacturing defect.

​

    To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, invoices, and accessories.

  • An unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the sealed package is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

     Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.​

​

2. Non-Returnable Items

     For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

3. Exchange Policy

     Eligible products will be exchanged for the same item, subject to stock availability.

     If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar product of equal value, or

  • Store credit for future purchases.

4. Refund Policy

     Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • The ordered item is unavailable.

  • The product cannot be replaced after verification.

  • The order is cancelled by VOJ Fashion.

     Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after               approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to               reflect in your account.

​

     Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable), and convenience fees are non-                 refundable unless the error occurred on our part.

5. Order Cancellation

     Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

​

     Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

​

     If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

6. Return Process

     To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, clear photographs of the product, and the mandatory unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where available) or provide return shipping instructions.

     Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Damaged During Transit

    If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Take photographs of the package before opening it.

  • Record a continuous unboxing video.

  • Contact our support team immediately with the evidence.
